Hi,
I have a query that lists quite a few licence types, and instead of listing all the criteria I don't want included by using the <> (not) function.

I just want to include about 4 criteria and exclude the rest.

I want to do this for neatness sake and to save typing out a few hundred not included criteria! [smile]

Any help would be greatly appreciated [smile]
Kind regards
Triacona

You meant the IN () operator ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

Thank you for your reply [smile]
I have tried the In operator as such
In ("PERSON" And "TXHCD" And "TXPHD")

and it gives me a "Data type mismatch" as I am using a string.
I have also tried Is Not - but this would seem to be for Null value calculation only.
any more help would be greatly appreciated [smile]
kind regards
Triacona

The syntax is:
In ("PERSON", "TXHCD", "TXPHD")

Hope This Helps, PH.
