How can I get a clear and simple list of all components which are not a part of the default Internet Explorer installation but are a part of the currently installed Internet Explorer?
Things like 3rd party scrips, 3rd party Active-X controls, non-default MIME type associations, DNS redirections, etc.
My reason for wanting to know how to do this is because I am troubleshooting multiple browser issues on 2 of the 30 machines in our office. These machines seem to attempt to download ActiveX controlls as files instead of processing them, open PDF files with an older version of Adobe Acrobat, instead of the newer Acrobat Reader (which is installed), and often report very unusual script errors in web pages which have no problems on other seemingly identical machines.
