How to link http://x/ftp to my d:\ftp?

Please, I'm running Apache 1.3.19 on Windows 98. Everything is working fine. But I need to make an alias:
to point inside my
d:\ftp
I tried to use Alias but nothing happens. Please, can someone help me? :)))
