How to link .hlp file to vb6

I am developing a project like win98 help . How do i link
the help files to vb6, so that i keep index on left side and display the contents on right side.

there's a feature provided with vb6 in which u can manupulate help files structure

start-->programs-->microsoft visual studio 6.0-->microsoft visual studio 6.0 tools-->help work shop
