Frustration! Running Notes 4.6.7 with SMTP MTA 1.2. We share connections with several other Notes Domains (on a WAN), and replicate Public address books, and also maintain an address book of client names and internet addresses (for sending through a common firewall). All these address books are listed in the NAMES= line of the ini file to allow users to browse multiple address books in the address field. Problem is with incoming internet mail searching all the address books to find a name match, resulting in mail to john.doe@my.domain.com being forwarded to john doe in the next Notes domain because I no longer have a john doe, but there is a john doe in one of the other replicated address books. I want to restrict the SMTP lookup to ONLY the names.nsf without changing hundreds of short names in the address books.
