How to licence MS access applications?

Hi,
I have developed an application using MS Access 2007 (FrontEnd-BackEnd)and now I have the opportunity to sell the solution to a client.
Is there any way to limit the number of users, and limit the client to a certain number of copies of the front end?

any comment, tip or advice will be highly appreciated.
