I'm a spanish boy who work with Nortel CS1000 PBX with analog, digital and IP telephony phones with a big WAN telephony network, more or less one thousand phones and helpdesk services implemented.
My job profile is nowadays low, I'm support technician.
I know basic and some advanced commands to configure and trobleshoot Nortel CS1000 systems and I know different phones models features.
I also know Cisco Unified Communications specially Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity which my company has (version 7). I know configure a phone, a CSS, a partition and mucho more basic tasks.
I like my job very much but I would like too to improve and in future have a job profile more high but I'm very lost and I don't know how and where can I start.
I would like if someone expert can help me to reach my objetive.
