how to label axis when graphing over change of time

Hello,

I am charting over time and am wondering if there is a way to tell it to only label the axis at the hour and/or halfs (ie at 10, 11, 12 or 10, 10:30, 11, 11:30, etc). Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how do to it?
