I am trying to use that feature via web callpilot manager with the help of manual.

While I was trying to activate that option on one of the mailbox, I get the message saying that No more Find me/Follow me seat are available. Please select a class of service without Find me / Follow me enabled to proceed

So, how do I know if I have licence for Find me/Follow me feature.

Thank's

Learning is not enough, you have to apply it...

What you need to do is to look at your systems licence details to see if you have any spare ones available. Look under keycodes.

All the best

What release of BCM50 do you have? If my memory serves me right, the FMFM feature was introduced in BCM50 release 5. Thus, you won't find this feature in the list of keycodes for earlier releases. I believe the feature name is "Find Me/Follow Me".

We are using BCM50R5 I saw that in Element Manager administration Software Inventory
