How to know about file in use or open file ?

Hi,

Is anybody there who can help me? I have sco openserver 5.0.6. I want to know what files is in use by each and every user currently log on server. Is there any ready made programme or script avialable ?

lsof (list open files) should do the trick.
The latest distribution of lsof is available via anonymous ftp from the host vic.cc.purdue.edu. You'll find the lsof distribution in the pub/tools/unix/lsof directory.
