How to kill an advertisement on a client?

An advertisement is hung on a client and it will not accept new advertisements until that one compeletes or timesout. I deleted the advertisement and the package however SMS still see's it as its still in the process. I restarted the client to no avail.

when you restarted the client....did the process restart automatically?

Nope it didn't. My impatience caused me to jump the gun, after I restarted the client it immediatly processed the next advertisement.
