How to kick out logged on users (CE 8.5)

Hello,

sometimes it happens that all licenses are full in use by
web logged users. When they close their browsers they don't logoff at crystal enterprise.
The used licenses will only be free after the non task timeout, set in minutes in one crystal serversetting.

Is it possible to kick this login to free the licens earlier ?? .. I've not found any way..
