How to key-in data for a XML file?

Hi Friends,

I defined a DTD for a Research Report. I want to convert the research report what i have in PDF format to the newly defined(DTD) XML structure. How can i do it?

Should i use any XMLEditor to transfer (manually type) the data from PDF to XML?
or
Any automatic conversion? If so how can i get the output in defined DTD format?

or
Should i create a seperate Interface as defined in the DTD to key-in the data?

or
Any other way?

Please help me out!
