How to keep sub folder in Local Folders from opening when opening OE.

I have created a sub folder in the Local Folders and it opens by itself every time I open Outlook Express. I would like to configure it so that it will return to normal requiring my action to make it open.

Unfortunately, there is very little that can be done about this. It is a known problem with OE.
