How to Keep Palettes on Top

Does anyone know how to keep photoshop palettes on the screen even when you have switched to a different program?

I am using a dual moniter set up and am often switching from one program to the next but I would like to keep my ps palettes on the main screen when I am tinkering on the second monitor.

Using CS2 on a Mac OS X 10.4.8.

I could tell you how to do that in Windows, but I don't have a clue on a Mac.
