What are the settings so that the original VDN name will appear on agents sets even if the call has been RONAed?
We are using a G3R switch with release 9.5 software.
An example of the problem:
Call routes via VDN # 1000 with the name of "ABC Company" to hunt # 1.
An available agent gets the call, however they are still entering data from their last call & can't take this new call yet.
Call is RONAed back to hunt # 1 with a "high" priority via RONA vdn # 2000 with the name of "RONA - Customer Service".
We need to have the RONAed call display the original VDN name of "ABC Company" not "RONA - Customer Service" so that the agent can answer the call correctly.
Any & all ideas would be greatly appreciated!
