How to JUST get nonsystem the windows' hwnd?

API GetWindow get all the windows hwnd. But I don't want to get the system's window, I just want to get the window's title which saw in ALT + TAB ,How ?
Also the hidden nonsystem windows' hwnd(s) and titles ?
