Can anyone tell me how to interpret the TN out of this audit message:

AUD313 0000104D DIAL 00000000 001835B8 00000C0B 00000002

I get a number of these messages, but I can't determine what TN they are for. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am looking for the same info. I get the AUD313 message every 15 secs across the TTY. The Guide says its a M3000 display error but I have only 2616 phones. Do you have an attendant console? I am looking back on my MACs before the AUD started poping up and I did some TN moves. If the TN was a BFS key on the att console, I had to Nul the key, Mov the TN then add the new TN back on the att key. It was after that this annoying AUD started popping up. Let me know if you come up with anything on your side. Thanks

There is a patch for Aud313s - I can not remeber the patch - ask your service provider.

I have no M3000 set types. I do however have two console phones. This message prints out several times a minute, but I can't tell what TN it is for. I wasn't sure it there was a way to decipher the hex to get the TN. I will also check with my maintenance vendor to see if they have a patch for it.

Thanks for the replies!

Here is what I have found

Title:
Audit runs continuously

Facts:
PBX

Symptoms:
Audit runs continuously
AUD000
AUD313
Corrupt TN appears in hex in the AUD313 code
SCH2501
SCH2501 when attempting to out TN

Cause:
Corruption

Fix:
Call CTS to remove corrupted TN and then invoke audit in LD 44.

or it could be a MMail problem where the VAS and ADAN is unused. If this is the problem out in ld 17.

Where were you able to find that information? Is that from a knowledgebase of some sort?

Thanks, I've placed a service call.
