I have to integrate IP Polycom 6000 to CS1k, CS 1K version 4021, Release 7. is the Cs version good? and steps to integrate it? thanks.

That is a SIP phone and requires SIP Line configuration and SIP line licenses. Do you have SIP Line Licenses and is it enabled on a Signal Server or Session Manager?

Thanks KCFLHRC, I do have a Sip end point (Attendant console from Koumutel company), but I am not familiar with that part. can you please post some command to double check it?

You can print the SLT's in LD 22 and see if you have licenses available.

System type is - Communication Server 1000E/CP PM

From what I see here you don't have the SIP Line Licenses. Probably better off and easier to get a different Polycom. They make an analog version as well as an IP version that uses a standard IP license, which you do have. That Model is an Avaya 2033 I believe.

thank you very much, just one more question: SIP Line license shows up at SIP CONVERGED DESKTOPS or SIP CTI, or somewhere else?

I'm pretty sure it's the one that says Avaya SIP Lines
