Hi:

Is there a way to insure that someone viewing a URL will return to the "sites found" page of his browser when he hits the back button?

Thanks in advance.[/tt]

Hi, Tiffany:

Yes. Perhaps "search results page" would be a better term. When you search using Google (for instance), you get a list of URLs or "sites" that more or less match your search criteria. e.g., If I search for "IRS", I will see the following site listed: " among many others. Click on it, and I will go to the government site for the IRS.

I discovered how to return the user to his search results page: I set the index.htm page of the site to open in a separate window.

Thanks for your interest in this post.[/tt]
