how to install win 2000 on my win 98 system ??

Hi Folks

I already have win 98 on my laptop. However i want to install win 2000 on it . I have only one partition .Ie C drive . I dont want to reformat my harddrive to make an exotra partition for a new D: drive . I scouted the net and came to know about a software call partition magic which allows u to create a partitin without reformating hard drive .

Has anyone tried that software ??
Can i use it to create a new partiton on my hard disk wuthout reformatting my hard drive ??
If so then Can i directly indstall win 2000 on the new partiton and then still have the win 98 and win 2000 dual modes at bootup ??

Please suggest approaches ...
