How to install/start CDE in solaris 2.6

umm ... what kind of install did you do?
if you did end-user it should be installed.
do you login at the console, or via a graphical login display?
if you're at the graphical display you can go to options -> session -> CDE
although i can't double check this, all our Solaris 2.6 machines have been upgraded to Solaris 7, frm memory it's correct.
CDE on Solaris 2.6 was a bit flaky though, netscape could crash it too easily ...
