How to install SLATEC library in WINDOWS?

I am new in the gfortran world and I have been able to install the GNU gfortran compiler and the LAPACK library in WINDOWS. Now, I have the need of installing the SLATEC library, also for WINDOWS.

Any leads? Any advise?
