how to install Sco Unix 5.05 edition

i was told to select which media device i would use when i was in the progress of its installation.but after i selected IDE CD-EOM,i was told "no host adapter".so how will i deal with that?

The problem is your disk controller, not the CDROM. You need a BTLD or a different controller. Tony Lawrence
