How to install PHP 5.x on Windows Server 2003 with IIS 6

I upgraded from PHP 4.x to 5.0.4 from Windows 2000 server (IIS 5) to Windows 2003 (IIS 6.0) and couldn't get php to work. Due to security issues on IIS 6.0.

But fortunately i found this guide: It might be helpfull to others too.
