How to install OWA from Exchange 5.5 upgrade CD?

Hello All,<br>We have a proxy server that runs IIS 4.0. Another server hosts Exchange Server 5.5. <br><br>Can we install OWA on the proxy server without installing Exchange Server?&nbsp;&nbsp;I tried to install OWA from the Exchange 5.5 upgrade CD without any success. The error message is &quot;it cannot be used to perform a new Exchange Server installation.&quot;<br><br>How do I install just OWA?<br><br><br>Thanks.<br>
