I use Agfa scanner and in Photoshop or Adobe streamline I simply drop a plug in in the import plug in folder and it works

In corel Draw or more importantly corel Trace I cannot find a plug in folder to place it in, and my aqiure menu is greyed out.

Mac 0s 9

Thanks

The only thing I can tell you is that the scanner needs to have Twain Compatible drivers. I don't know anything about the MAC OS, but there may be an option under your equivalent of the control pannel, that lets you chose twain compatability. If it were an MS based pc, the problem would be that you don't have the drivers installed. Since it is a Mac, I can't tell you the specifics, but that is the problem to Corel. Since corel doesn't use plug-ins, you might have to do some poking around in your settings to configure the scanner to the operating system or to a universal system wide device - if such a thing exists.
Not much help, but that might get you off on the right foot. BTW, did you check Corels web site??
