How to install motherboard

Hi

I used to own Asus P4S333 motherboard. However when i put new hard drive it it blew my Power supply and motherboard. I just bought ASUS ASUS P4S8X-MX. My question is regarding installation of this motherboard. I have already done most of the work, however i want to be sure before i power up my system. this is the first time i am attemting this task.

Questions.
1) My computer case has lot of D+, +5, ground wires that are single pin. Where do these fit.

2) I have a front USB connection. What wires do you need to connect for that to work.


Any other tips and suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Very strong suspicion that you need to connect the wires in question 1 to make the ports in question 2 work.
Time to look at the M/B manual to see where the USB ports are located and what the connections should be.

Also i have some wires that say line in out etc. Where would these go.
