How to install G6.5 Mail server ?

Hi all, I am a newbie to GWise my boss told me to setup a Gwise mail server and I am from Exchange background , he gave me the software but I don't know where to start.
My network is a single domain Win2K3 DC , I have a Win2k3 Server ready to install the GW6.5 Mail messenger .
Can you help me to start from scratch, I know it is a bit much to ask but I really need this going asap. Is there any other pre-requisite for this mail server ? Thank you all and Merry Xmas.

I have GW6.5Admin.exe , GW6.5Client.exe and GW6.5M.exe .

What is the purpose of the mail server? how large is the organization?

If I were you I would set up a lab environment and do some learning on it first. You will end up doing it over anyway , why not do the first one in the lab?

why 6.5

7 is easier and the current version.

i would certainly test in a lab first especially with only one dc
personally i would say that the same rules as exchange should be applied - ie a dc is a dc - it aint designed to run applications and certainly shouldnt host a mail system

Thanks , I will try to install it on a dedicated server and see how it goes. I also try to down load the trial version of the GW7.0 if it is easier. Merry XMAS and happy new year.
