How to install/enable a new trunk card in Opt11c/CS1000E 2

It has been over 10 years since I went to Nortel School and I just cant remember how to do this since it doesnt come up very much. I have an Option11c (or CS1000e as it is called now). I have another trunk card that I need to install. Do I have to do anything with Common Equipment to tell the swtich that there is a trunk card installed in that slot??? I know how to do the routes and trunk programing, I just need to get the card enabled and ENLC 4 0 3 tells me that the slot is unequipped.

As long as the slot has not been used before, pug it in and program your first trunk
