Hi,

I have got two .deb files on my machine(computer) and would like to install it on my virtual machine.

I know like if i have to install it on a vitual machine i have to issue a command # sudo dpkg -i package_file.deb

My problem is how do i specify the location of my package like the package name is on my c drive.

Please please. Help

Don't think you can spesify a location outside the VM.
You need to move/copy the files into the VM,
and how you do that would depend on what Hypervisor your using.
Maby you can get away with it as simple as just putting them
on an USB-stick that the VM can see.

Oh I got it via mounting, thanks
