I have already installed CCM 4.1 and I want to install Cisco Unity 4.0... does it have a procedure similar to the CCM to install on a generic PC?

thanks

Nope, Unity will install on almost anything. Just follow the installation instructions from Cisco.com and you'll be good. But be sure to FOLLOW them!!! It's not hard but you need to do the steps in the right order.

I have another question, its necessary to install Exchange (2000 or 2003) on the same Server that is installed the Cisco Unity, to handle voice message, or must be installed on another server?

For VoiceMail only, it can be on the same server. For Unified Messaging, Exchange must be installed on a seperate server.
