I do not have a bluetooth icone in control panel -labtop-. How to install bluetooth services in wind xp pro.

I have a wireless card, but I do not know if it can work with a bluetooth or I need a bluetooth card.

Nope,

Bluetooth and Wireless are completely different.

You will need a Bluetooth card or usb adaptor to talk to a bluetooth device, a network card will not do it.

the software that comes with the bluetooth device will install the "bluetooth neighborhood" application to control your bluetooth connected devices.
