How to instal mdac_typ27.exe

We want to downgrade mdac_typ28 to mdac_typ27. After install of mdac_typ27.exe component checker shows again mdac_typ28.exe. It seems that OS reconstructs mdac_typ28.
For some reason (compatibility with ODBC driver function) we need this older version of ODBC.

We have solved this with Oracle ODBC driver.
No help needed any more.
