How to insert/swap frame?

Hi!

Could somebody let me know how to

1) insert a new frame between two frames

2) Swap a frame or a element from a frame (like a series of buttons) to an existing frame. For instance I have a frame with 5 buttons and another one with 6 buttons (with different text on each of them then I would like to be able to swap between both frames.

1/ Build all the frames

2/ Hide and Show needed frames with the forget subcommand of pack, grid or place following the geometry manager you use.

Be careful: only pack remembers the details forgotten. You need to code the full grid command to go back.
