How to insert properly an ATL ActiveX Control into a CDialog?

Hi, guys!
Can you tell me how to insert properly an ATL ActiveX control into a CDialog box.
I created a CDialog and inserted in it an ATL ActiveX control. However, when I call DoModal of the dialog the dialog is not displayed. What could be the reason for this? Your answers will be appreciated!
