How to insert new frame into project

hi,
I'm new in jbuilder, I created new project and wanted to insert new frame (like for about box) but when I choose new... the only highlighted items are new project, new application, new applet, and new class. frame is dimmed and I don't know how to insert it...
please help!

one more thing, I've got JBuilder 5 personal. Before I had JBuilder 1 proffesional and there I was able to make new frames... is it a limitation of personal edition?
