How to insert Metatags?

Go to Window > Objects. Click on the arrow to bring up the six choices for objects (i.e. Characters, Common, Forms, Frames, Head, and Invisibles.) Choose Head and in the icons box the first icon should be Insert Meta. Clicking on that will open a dialog box where you can insert all of your META information....
