how to insert an image file into an access db

hi all,
i'm looking for a way to insert an image file into a column named "photograph" into my access db.
i'm now programming in java, and in particulary i need the sql code to do it.
anyone could help me?

I'm not sure what you mean by a "column named photograph" in a database, but just format the field as an OLE object field. You might check the Access help program...type in "ole objects".
