I want to insert a scrolling marquee to the windows 98's windows explorer. Please tell me where is that web page in the windows directory. (I'm talking about the window which you get after you double-click the MY COMPUTER icon.

Also let me know about how to change how to change the Internet Explorer 5 tool bars.
(eg:- I want to write my name on the tool bar...etc)

I am not very sure of your intention but I'll give it a shot.

My guess is that you want to edit the HTML that backdrops your explorer window. If memory serves me right, those files are in the /windows/web folder. Look around in there, I cant remember the exact file. You might need to set to view hidden files in your explorer to see the files.

About "customising" your IE5 Toolbar, I dont have the exact answer how to do it but I do have a few excellent reference sites that you can look ard for the answer.

Try for all you windows customising needs and for registry customisations.

Hope this helps. Information is free....dont hog it!

That is called 'Branding' and is controlled by a registry key. Mine is set in this registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main and the Window Title entry.
