How to Insert a new line

I'm editing some reports and would like to know if there is an easy way(say similar to Excel) to insert lines. Say 35-30 existing lines and I'd like to insert(add) a new line/fields to the report at the second line. We're on Crystal 7.

I'm on Crystal 8.5, I don't think there is an easy way to add new lines as such. You can insert a new section, and also use copy-paste to duplicate values.

If you want many similar versions of a Formula Field, there is a trick that works in 8.5. Copy it from your report to a dummy Crystal report. Change the name and copy back. Madawc Williams
