I don't know if this sounds ridiculous or not. But our new CEO wants to put a hidden company logo in our outgoing e-mail messages. What he wants is that this logo is hidden in any outgoing message, and when either the sender or recipient prints out the message, the logo appears on the very top, above "To" or "From" field. The idea is that users can not change or delete this logo.

And it seems there is no way to do it thru Signature Picker.

Does anybody know if Outlook has this capability? And how?

We are using Outlook 2000.

Would really appreciate for any feedback.

i think you will have to use forms for this but i am not sure if you can hide a logo, but if you go to tools, forms, and then design a form it will bring a list of the default forms that you use now and then you can change them to how you want

Hope this helps

It also depends on what software you are using......Im not
sure if you can do the thing with putting in the logo as
hidden, but if you do, and then send it to an internet
or CCMail account from MS Outlook the logo will come in as
an attachment, and not in the background. Try it with a
normal template form and see what happens.... Jay~

If its broken, just leave it and hope someone else fixes it!
