How to insert a Flash clip in a PowerPoint 2k presentation??

The title pretty much covers it. I can convert the flash file to an .avi, but the result is a 40mb file, which is somewhat couterproductive.

Rather than insert the file, why don't you have a hyperlink to the file from the presentation, so when you click on the link, it fires up the .avi?
