How to initiate IP-phone to IPLU

Can anyone tell me how to initiate IP-phone to
IPLU in MX-One.
It's for a test-system.

??? you can't,
IPLU is for Media Gateway Classic which only supports analog and digital phones.

IP phones must be registered to the telephony server....

Hi

Normally Media GAteway Classic cannot register IP phone. You should have MX-one Telephony Server+Media Gateway for IP phone and ETS+Media GAteway Classic for regular phone.
Which mean at least a 2 LIM system.
That is the way it is quoted via Pocket SolveIT

Hi Lalrl

MG is needed for 4 purposes :
1/Use of Codecs for calls going to IP to TDM and vice versa.

2/Some feature needs MG, for example PELPI.

3/MG is used to connect public ISDN lines

4/MG is used to connect Analog phones
