How to initiate a change of AD user password from workstation?

Is there a vbscript for the above?
I am trying to write a script to allow users to change their AD password anytime from their workstation. Please advise. Thanks

They can't press ctrl+alt+del and the change password button? It seems a simple document on how to do this would suffice.
