How to increase the Databse Size Limit Exchange 2003 SP2

Hello!!
I had problems with exchange 2003 SP2 i checked the event ID 9690 and
The below instructions says

Click one of the following registry subkeys, as appropriate for the store that you want to increase:
• For a mailbox store, click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\Server name\Private-Mailbox Store GUID.

• For a public folder store, click the following registry subkey:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\Server name\Public-Public Store GUID.

In my situation do i need to increase both database size ie the Mailbox Store and Private-mailbox store or only Mailbox store or only Private-mailbox store .If thats the case my free space in the exchange server is 100GB.How much should be increased and how much free space is basically recomended after the changes.

How much you increase it by is nothing we can answer. You have to determine that by your needs.

Just make sure you have at least 110% of that amount available as free space in case you need to do any database maintenance.

I don't understand what you're asking. The kb article clearly states that for the mailbox store, you tweak

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\Server name\Private-Mailbox Store GUID

That's all you need unless you have to increase the size for the Public Folders by tweaking the setting at

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\Server name\Public-Public Store GUID
