how to increase memory used by a process, i am trying to increase memory used by mssearch.exe,

I have

windows 2000 server
2GB RAM
I processor
SQl Server Stabdard Edition

Virtual memory 3070 MB
I need increment in physical and virtual memory for mssearch.exe
