How to include records from 2 tables in Report

Hi,

I have developed 2 tables with Records to be added in Report using Report Builder. But how do I do that?
The layout will be like this:

Table 1 contains: Mon1 Mon2...Mon12
Year 1 Original xxx xxx xxx
Inforce1 xxx xxx xxx
Inforce2 xxx xxx xxx

Year 2 Original xxx xxx xxx
Inforce1 xxx xxx xxx
Inforce2 xxx xxx xxx


Table 2 contains Mon1 Mon2...Mon12
Year 1 Ratio 1 xxx xxx xxx
Ratio 2 xxx xxx xxx

Year 2 Ratio 1 xxx xxx xxx
Ratio 2 xxx xxx xxx



Now, I have to incorporate the two tables as below:

Mon1 Mon2...Mon12
Year 1 Original xxx xxx xxx
Inforce1 xxx xxx xxx
Inforce2 xxx xxx xxx
Ratio 1 xxx xxx xxx
Ratio 2 xxx xxx xxx

Year 2 Original xxx xxx xxx
Inforce1 xxx xxx xxx
Inforce2 xxx xxx xxx
Ratio 1 xxx xxx xxx
Ratio 2 xxx xxx xxx

and it continues up to Year 5

SELECT year,title,mon1,mon2....
FROM table_1
UNION
SELECT year,title,mon1,mon2
FROM table_2
