How to include Field Names in MS Access Export Specification

I have created an export specification that I want to use in a macro. However I want to include the field names as the part of the specification. When I run the macro the file gets created [this is a text file, delimited with tab and use " as qualifier].

How do I get MS Access to include field names in an export specification?

Try saying True to the HasFieldNames argument of TransferText.
