Hi All,

We have a user who would like to transfer his Personal macro workbook from Excel on his current computer to another computer.
Is there an easy way to go about this?
User is using MS Office 2003/Outlook 2003,Windows XP Professional with SP2

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Does he already have a PERSAONAL.xls workbook?

Is it the macros or the sheets in the PERSONAL.xls?

Copy it to his XLSTART folder.

Check the path using search in the OLD PC.

Use the same path in the NEW laptop

Hi Skip,

Just want to make sure I got you right.
Copy the personal macro wkbook from the xlstart folder on his old laptop to the same folder on his new laptop?

The path I believe is:
c:\prog files\ms\office11\xlstart.

Thanks
